I help turn complex platform ecosystems into something teams can actually run, scale, explain, and improve. That takes real ownership, an architecture people can reason about, a delivery rhythm that holds under pressure, and stakeholder alignment that survives contact with reality.
I work around platforms that connect campaigns, coupons, points, missions, referrals, and customer engagement journeys — from the Membership Platform and Mission-Based Campaign Platform to Campaign Automation, Coupon, Point, and Digital Mall. The interesting problems live in the seams between them.
I care about AI that removes real delivery pain: AI-assisted test case generation, requirement gap detection, review support, change impact analysis, and smarter regression scope. Always with human review — AI proposes, people decide.
Cloud design is not only about running workloads. It is also about performance, reliability, scalability, cost awareness, and choosing the right platform for the job — AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, or Azure. Sometimes the honest answer comes from a Graviton benchmark and a cost comparison, not a preference.
